1. Information we collect

AMIRYX Wholesale(“AMIRYX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a wholesale trading company located at 5930 NE 18th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334. We do not operate customer accounts, logins, or a newsletter sign-up on this website. The only personal information we collect is what you submit directly to us, through:

• Our quote request and contact forms: name, company name, email address, phone number, the product category and order volume you select, and any message you enter.
• Direct correspondence: anything you send us by phone, email, or otherwise, once your trade account has been opened.
• Order and payment records: billing and delivery details, and confirmation that payment was completed, generated once an order is placed with an account manager (see section 4 on how payment is processed).

We do not currently use cookies, website analytics, or advertising tracking of any kind to collect information about visitors — see section 3.

2. How we use it

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide a trade quote
• Set up and manage a trade account, if one is opened
• Process orders, and send order confirmations, invoices, and delivery updates
• Communicate with you about your account or an active order
• Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
• Detect and prevent spam or fraudulent form submissions

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing profiling, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies

This website does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. It may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function (for example, to remember your preferred display settings) — these do not identify you personally and are not used for tracking. If analytics or marketing tools are added in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner added before those tools go live.

4. Third-party sharing

We share personal information with third parties only where necessary to run our business and fulfill your order:

• Suppliers and fulfillment partners. To fulfill your order, we may share relevant details (such as your name, shipping address, and order contents) with manufacturers, distributors, and other third-party suppliers who fulfill part or all of your order, including suppliers located outside the United States. These parties may only use your information to fulfill your order and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing purposes.
• Payment processing. Payment for orders is collected through PayPal. When you complete a payment, the billing information you provide is handled directly by PayPal under its own privacy policy — we receive confirmation that payment was made, but do not store your full card or bank details ourselves.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AMIRYX, our customers, or others.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or CRM platforms at this time, and no other categories of third parties receive your data.

5. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit to us, including encrypting data in transit between your browser and our servers, and limiting access to personal data to staff who need it to respond to your inquiry or manage your order. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately using the details in section 10.

6. Data retention

Inquiry and quote-request data that does not turn into a trade account is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, and is deleted or anonymized after a period of inactivity. Trade account and order data is retained for the duration of the trading relationship, and for at least 7 years afterward to meet US federal and Florida tax and accounting recordkeeping requirements.

7. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights over your personal data under applicable US state privacy laws (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act), including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data — though as noted in section 4, we do not sell your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@amiryxwholesale.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your state attorney general's office.

8. Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for business use by adults acting on behalf of a company or trade buyer, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details in section 10.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date above. If a change is material, we will also notify active trade account holders directly by email.
